The 1^st International Symposium in Communication, Culture and Arts seeks to promote discussion in the fields of arts and communication and maximise the potential for advanced training in the Algarve region. The themes addressed in four debate sessions are related to drama, film and new digital media. The symposium will include the presentation of the most recent research projects developed by internationally renowned experts invited to participate in this event, as well as research developed by CIAC researchers. This initiative from CIAC and the Masters Programme in Communication, Culture and Arts aims to present the state of the art of these fields of study and stimulate debate on subjects of great relevance.
